Contrato / Contract

En un contexto de trabajo en el que los proyectos son desarrollados en lugares lejanos, formando equipo con desconocidos de distintas nacionalidades, de distinta mentalidad, distinto punto de vista, distintos hábitos de trabajo, distinto horario, distinto idioma, distintas herramientas, distintas condiciones, distinta implicación... se abre el proceso de negociación. Cada parte pone sus cartas sobre la mesa: sus preferencias, prioridades, mínimos exigibles, requisitos irrenunciables, límites a su flexibilidad...

El contrato establece el compromiso de cada uno de los estudiantes con el grupo, y sus límites. Se trata de la hoja de ruta que va a definir, en suma, los procedimientos que se van a seguir para llegar a los resultados arquitectónicos deseados para cada miembro del equipo. Para formar ese equipo. Se trata de un documento que debe ser cerrado antes de continuar con cualquier trabajo y que permita sacar ventaja de la colaboración, optimizar recursos, comprometerse con el proyecto.

El contrato es, en definitiva, otra herramienta de proyecto. Constituye otro de sus documentos.
